Music Interlude: Omarion "Ice Box"

I never realized what having an "Icebox" was until I experienced the symptoms that lead to it's condition.

I don't have one any longer, but I keep the lesson's from the experience in the back of my mind when dealing with certain things/people. Not to be bitter or be stuck in the past. but to know and understand just how far I've come and what I won't accept.

That's from friends, lovers, family, you name it.
